Collaboration 4 Peace

The mission of this initiative is to demonstrate how peace can triumph through collaborative art
that bridges politically opposed world governments.
It envisions a world where political differences no longer divide us. Through the unifying power
of artistic expression, peace can prevail—fueling humanitarian relief and creating meaningful
sociopolitical impact. Proceeds from this effort will help establish a philanthropic movement
inspired by iconic examples like the Live Aid concerts of 1985 and 2005, both driven by the
vision of Bob Geldof.


The Collaboration for Peace movement aims, on a smaller but impactful scale, to generate
funding from proceeds and donations to support ground efforts and political coordination in
partnership with organizations such as the International Federation of Red Cross and Red
Crescent Societies (IFRC), Doctors Without Borders, UNICEF, UNHCR, and the World Food
Programme (WFP). The focus is especially on aiding and relocating children trapped in active
war zones.

 

Overview of Development Phases
Vinyl Record:
“Ellis Island” EP featuring the song “Lily… It’s Not Over” will introduce the purpose of the
Collaboration for Peace (CFP), familiarize the public with the artists, and outline future goals.
Estimated budget: $5,000–$10,000


Short Film / Museum Exhibit:
An extended music video serving as a bilingual (Russian-English) museum exhibit with multi-
language subtitles. It will feature lyrics and proverbs of peace, directed by Uldus Bakhtiozina.
This pioneering fine art music video exhibit highlights child victims of war and conveys that art
transcends politics when human lives are at stake.
Estimated budget: $150,000–$200,000


Press and Publicity:
High-profile visibility through premier publications such as Vogue (leveraging Uldus’
connections), major art, fashion, music, and film outlets, and international news networks. This
cross-genre publicity campaign aims to raise global awareness.

Estimated budget: $25,000–$30,000


Sound & Vision Theatrical Phase:
A theatrical presentation combining Uldus’ visual artistry with music from the Ellis Island EP
and a new soundtrack by Joel Ellis. Exclusive engagements in select global theaters will promote
public support with the message: “Children can be removed from the damages of war.”
Estimated budget: $250,000–$500,000


Political Support:
Efforts to engage world political leaders and influencers to champion the project’s socio-political
message of peace through art, humanitarian compassion, and support for children in war zones.
The goal is to unlock political backing and additional funding to expand humanitarian efforts
using CFP proceeds.

Post-Theater Residency:
Following the international tour, the production will take a permanent home at Sphere in Las
Vegas. Known for its entertainment excess, Las Vegas rarely hosts socio-political or
humanitarian productions. This sensory-rich show will contrast the city’s typical themes and
encourage donations from viewers.
Estimated budget: $250,000–$500,000


Documentary:
A full-length documentary for television or streaming platforms (such as Netflix) chronicling the
creative journey, the project’s purpose, and its impact to date.
Estimated budget: $250,000–$1 million

Funding and Budget
Initial funding to launch the project is estimated to be between $150,000 and $250,000, with
scaling through each phase toward a total budget exceeding $1 million (to be determined).

This multi-phase production aims to harness the power of art and music as forces for peace,
humanitarian aid, and global understanding.
